By July 24, 2026July 27th, 2026No Comments

Camana Bay, Cayman Islands, July 6, 2026. Infinitum Energy (“Infinitum“, “IEG“, or the “Company“) has successfully raised $2.5 million in a convertible debenture. This represents the first close of its previously announced $4.0 million convertible debenture financing, with gross proceeds of $2.5 million secured to date.

Funded by a consortium of family offices and a leading renewable energy developer, this financing is a clear sign of support for Infinitum’s strategy to deliver low-risk and high-yield renewable energy to emerging markets communities.  Proceeds from the financing will be deployed for asset acquisition and project development, in both Africa and the Indian subcontinent.

“Investors are increasingly recognizing the exciting return opportunities inherent in delivering fossil-fuel independent, affordable energy to communities in need.” said Lindsay Nagle, CEO of Infinitum Energy. “I am extremely pleased to welcome our new investors whose trust in our team ensures that we can accelerate our efforts to secure bankable, high-yield energy concessions – creating value for the communities we serve and returns for the investors who share our vision.”
